一趟旅遊，一對夫婦在馬祖開起「B52瘋炸雞」炸物店，也炸開了老公心中對釣魚樂園馬祖的喜愛。林宏興去年10月帶老婆、小孩一起到馬祖旅遊，正好在工作上想轉換跑道，向知名廚師拜師學藝，把臺灣鹹酥雞味道與馬祖鄉親分享。 　老闆娘邱閔鈺一再推崇馬祖很有人情味，街坊間互相幫忙以及親切的問候，都讓他們在籌備期間很感動。10日、11日兩天試營運，生意好到爆炸，所有備料賣光光，不得不店休進貨，後續在市場競爭狀況下，品質維持及生意消長仍待考驗與觀察。

檜山巨木群步道位於觀霧國家森林遊樂區，全長約4公里，主要的菁華路段約位於2.8公里附近的巨木群，包括５棵紅檜巨木。步道約位於海拔2000公尺，沿途是伐林結束後的造林區，步道起伏不大，是極佳的森林浴健行路線。 The Guaishan Big Trees Trail is located in the Guanwu National Forest Recreation Area, with a total length of about 4 kilometers. The best section is located at the area of 2.8 kmilometers of the trail, including 5 giant Cypress trees. The trail is located at an altitude of about 2,000 meters. Along the way is the reforestation area after the deforestation.
