「落成米糕」位於民族路上,第一代的老闆在西元1966年開始在夜市擺攤,所以這個好味道已經在府城飄香將近50年了,目前是由第二代繼續經營。落成米糕是依循古法製作,使用陳年長糯米蒸煮,然後放到透氣的草編籠子中,使得米糕不會軟爛,又能保持溫度。吃起來口感粒粒分明、有嚼勁;另外,店裡的「四神豬腸湯」也很受歡迎,使用的四神料,像是蓮子、芡實、薏仁、當歸,都經過磨製 ,使味道完整的融入湯頭中,喝在口中微微飄散出來的米酒香,彈牙軟脆的豬腸,喝一口便覺齒頰留香,擁有這樣的經典味道,難怪可以歷久不衰。

檜山巨木群步道位於觀霧國家森林遊樂區，全長約4公里，主要的菁華路段約位於2.8公里附近的巨木群，包括５棵紅檜巨木。步道約位於海拔2000公尺，沿途是伐林結束後的造林區，步道起伏不大，是極佳的森林浴健行路線。 The Guaishan Big Trees Trail is located in the Guanwu National Forest Recreation Area, with a total length of about 4 kilometers. The best section is located at the area of 2.8 kmilometers of the trail, including 5 giant Cypress trees. The trail is located at an altitude of about 2,000 meters. Along the way is the reforestation area after the deforestation.
